Grassy Creek is a hard driving Bluegrass group from Gatlinburg, TN, dedicated to  keeping the tradition alive.  With Brian on the mandolin,  Julia on the Bass, David on the guitar, Ashton Murray on the banjo, and Malachi Ellenburg on the fiddle, the band delivers powerful instrumentation, tight harmonies and an authentic bluegrass sound. Each member brings something unique to the band, but they are all united by a shared love for the music. They are influenced by the second generation pickers of bluegrass they focus on driving tempos, close harmonies and intricate playing that defines this genre. They've enjoyed playing many events, festivals, radio stations and competitions across Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina and more. Including, the Ryman auditorium, SPBGMA and IBMA. Being young, Grassy Creek has already gained attention for their polished musicianship and deep respect for bluegrass history. The future of bluegrass is alive and well!
